I think 38 is good, but rounding up almost 2 buds seems a bit much.
40 will be fine,them values of high tier hats are not 100% exact anyhow
not to say how i wouldn't use overpay on the mini,as it is most likely the bonk + bombing were offered (given it's a 2:1 deal)

Eh, I'd say that suggested price should be accurate as possible. I find rounding 38,25 to 40 a little bit too much.
I'd say 38 Earbuds flat would be better.
Our prices are estimates for a reason. The value on this hat is 40+/-5 buds. We can't get more accurate than that. Just look at the way overpay is done here. The point of overpay is to determine the pure value on an item. Well, the demonflame boa sold for 30 pure. It's getting at less than 25 here. On top of that, overpay is being applied to the bonk when it was most likely offered with the bombing run on the ex. That's another 2 buds gone due to overpay calculations. Put those discrepancies in overpay together and this value could be off by as many as 4-6 buds one way or another.
40 is fine and actually demonstrates the imprecision we have with pricing hats like these.
