You can't really determine an outlier without 2 sales. I will close this and wait for the one on the market to sell.

I'm just sitting here wondering.... when there is 1 sale on a 1/1 hat within the acceptable time range, how the hell can it be an outlier?

Looks like an outlier to me. Both in existence on op, one is poorly bumped obviously and the other is the recent buyer putting it at 4.5. I'd say not good enough for the fact that the poorly bumped one was offered around 4.5 on his (just estimated).
