Conclusion:

This hat was such a pain to price and I'm still not sure if the price I'm valuing this at reflects it's actual value because sales have been anywhere from ~5-10 buds, but the most common trading point seems to be around ~7.5 buds.

Sales at 7.4, 7.9, 7.5, 10.1. Also, offers have been around the ~7-8 buds region. Thus, taking a final range of 7.4-7.9 buds.

This hat is better off having a price than no price at all. When more sales occur, it can be used to update this again.
