Certainly could do with a raise, but scrap.wh has 132 of the things (scrap.tf is down atm), so may I suggest a range?

Wouldn't the bump also require almost every other weapon to be bumped to .11, as the same amount of proof can be found for most weapons? Anyway, staying neutral for now.
