Considering that there are no other recent sales and the last sale was more than 1 month ago, i wouldn't mind a 4.4 buds flat here.
I think I had seen an offer of 3.5 buds which was close to being accepted, maybe using it as the low end?
If it can be sold for ~4.4 buds pure, i see no reason for 3.5 buds to form part of the range since it is just an offer anyway. If anything , a rejected offer of 3.5 buds indicates that the value of the hat should be more than that.
