Okay, I'll make sure to put it in the suggestion next time. But yes, Bear, the Gym Rat after calculating overpay (Multiply by .9) is 9 keys.

normally it wouldn't be an issue as there also was a 10 keys pure sale

the hettmans was a vital trade to show 12 is an outlier. if it wasn't used,the price could easily be 10-12
thus you should do 10 flat
edit: or alternatively,you could fix the gym rat to 10-12,and use it here. which would...lead to it being 10 flat again
