'looking for about a bud pure' isn't the same as a 1 bud B/O.
Regardless, that's a different seller from the sale here, this -the only sale- should still be considered.

I personally don't see why it shouldn't be 1-1.6 or even 1.6 flat, your only sale here is for 1.6, yet you are trying to set the price at 1?
Well, being that it doesn't look like you have tried to price an unusual before, I'll try to explain it as easily as I can(I'm a bad teacher). When pricing a hat in general, sale values cannot exceed B/O's of the outpost's B/O(If any at all). In this case, since someone is trying to sell it for 1 bud and has no success, it obviously isn't worth much more than a bud if at all. I'm basically saying that if he cannot sell/get an offer with 1 bud on his trade, it shouldn't be valued any higher.
