    low end is incorrect, you didn't apply overpay on western. Close enough, but be careful next time.

      If you know more about what the first one sold for please let me know.

      In the case of the western I didn't include overpay because it was effectively quicksold for a bud. Arguably it may be worth more but for the purposes here counting it as a bud flat is fine.
