I sold mine in a week for a bud ( sold for 12 Keys ) and 11 keys. Sale happened 2-3 Days ago. I had numerous offer in a minute of posting my add on tf2op. I wouldn't say your suggestion is bad, but i'll say you may want to include my sale. I can provide proof, feel free to add me.

The conga is an item, so I'd have to apply overpay(1 + 10 + .9 = 1 + .77 + .06 = 1.83 = ~1.8). I'm keeping it as is then.

That makes no sense at all in my eyes, but whatever. Not like i use backpack.tf anyways for unusuals.

from what i know you count items under 4 keys or so as pure. wouldnt make a big difference anyhow.

where does 1.6 come from?

So pure sales at 22 keys and 1 buds + 11 keys. Buds were ~12.5 at the time of these sales. The sale at 22 went in under a day. One would be 1.8 pure and the other would be 1.9 pure.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24650588 - it looks like this pusher sold for 1.9 pure (2 buds - 1 key). I'm thinking your pusher evaluation is low here. Given that this sells in a day at 1.8 pure, it looks like this is closer to ~1.8-1.9 or so.
