You need to have proof of it getting sold. Not people who are selling it.

If you are lowering a price, all you need to show are sellers at a lower price and unsold trades at the current price.

You still have to get proof of this item actually being sold for that much, you should really see how other people raise or bring down prices.

Good for you this is why backpack.tf is fairly hated by some traders. People can just put whatever the fuck they want and it gets accepted. Go ahead and do this while the tf2 economy is going down to shitter.

The steam market can only be used as supporting proof. Anyways, the $8.50 seller seems like an outlier. Most are selling for >$10.
