3.4 doesn't feel like an outlier here given the uncertainty in value on new effects?

If a price was 'uncertain' it wouldn't have been priced. Otherwise every EOTL suggestion we've made thus far is crap.

Not sarcastic at all. I like to probe suggesters sometimes for rationales for excluding or including values. Frequently I'll get a point of view I didn't consider before which will change my mind about the suggestion.

Well, uh, I think that anything that is able to be priced, is able to be used in pricing. The criteria of ''the individual involved might have valued it differently'' doesn't cut it with me, I mean, look at the frostbite cosa mini on my DBD Chapeau suggestion. I'd still take the value of the Noir we've supplied. We're basically objectivising the system. So yeah, I think 3.4 is valid.
