The only other on outpost has an offer of a bud and some keys (actual number not said). At 13 keys buds, + at least 2 keys (the plural) thats already outside your range. That assumes he only meant 2 keys, when it may have been much more. I'll add him later and ask.
Also, I thought the SCM could only be used for supporting.
Pro Killstreaks are hard, especially because of the sheen and effect. (One w/ team shine and flames will go for vastly more than a mean green and hypno beam one.)
The SCM listings http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Strange%20Professional%20Killstreak%20Australium%20SMG have a huge range too, from 26-52 USD. That's solds in the last 2 months too.
EDIT: Couple minutes after I posted, the guy in the outpost link at the top turned down the offer.
To clarify, SCM can only be used as supporting proof in the sense that the item you are pricing sold on SCM. For example, I try to price a DBD Team Captain. It sold on the SCM. I can only use that sale as support, although to be honest that rule seems a bit arbitrary. But doing a mini for an item, especially one with a Prof. Killstreak, is fine. I should note that I recognize that some sheens, effects sell for more than others, which is why I averaged the price at $44 last month. I DID NOT take one sale, rather I took a few high sales, a few low sales, and a few in-between and averaged it.
Alright, thanks.
What about the offer that was declined for more than 14.5?
If you could link me, that would be appreciated. Personally, I don't like using declined offers whenever I can, simply because it is possible the seller is expecting far more than the hat is worth, and declining valid offers. Using that could potentially mess with a price.

The link. I posted it above too btw.
I understand what you mean by not using declined, but I still see it occasionally on here. Thanks for explaining your thought process.
I added the seller and talked to him. Apparently the guy at the bottom who offered a bud and some keys was offering in third gens. Guess that's an upvote now.
Thanks for your time.
this should be fine at the moment, until that one sells, then the price can be re-suggested
