Offers has been consistent within the range from both advertisements, despite of the 30 bud buyout. Going to take it as-is.
There is a third sale, but from what I've calculated of that sale (Stormy 13th Allbero (~16) + Haunted Phantasm Spy Taunt (~3))... it's worth nearly 20 buds. Complete outlier, especially when it comes to the 25~35 bud offers for this hat.
Not sure that is an outlier. One on Steam Market for $400 USD http://imgur.com/6yqzNEd . Maybe a bargain at that price maybe not.
$400 is the maximum you can do for a hat on the SCM. It is a deal, tho.
At SCM bud prices it is ~13 buds in cost. Even trading for the outlier value means good profit. Shame my Steam Cash is $0.88 right now.

Tell him to present the proof. When I checked the backpack, I didn't see any pure located in there. There was only the hat and the taunt.
And if it is right, 16 + 2~3 = 18~19 * 0.9 = 16.2~17.1 + 5 = 21.2~22.1.
The highest offers standing are closer to 31 than 25. So, I can safely say outlier.
I don't see any standing offers above 20.
I'll go over Jew's ad alone to show how the offers are correlating:
-Molten Mallard Dread Offer has been sold for more than 30. http://backpack.tf/vote/id/54b01921b98d886a658b5df4
-Morning Glory Dread was bought with an Harvest Moon Executioner, which was sold for a Pullover Mallard. Pullover got 33+ in items.
-Ooze Mohawk was recently priced for 31.5 buds.
And mind you. Those were the beginning offers and that isn't even considering overpay at all.

All other sales are complex sales involving multiple hats. Sale values at ~2-3, but I would go with the pure sale on its value
So that sale value is 19.3 putting the three sales at 19.3, 26.5, and 31.5. 31.5 is closer to 26.5, so going to give this the benefit of the doubt.
