37 is closer to 45 than 56

So 56 is an outlier ;)

if the items were offered on the lid then overpay is needed. making that sale 33.

seems to me that the 56 bud Sale is less of an outlier in that case.

You're right, you could probably get off easy with the Brainiac, but definitely need to update the Viewfinder regardless.

A couple of things here. The items were offered on the lid, so overpay needs to be applied. If the lid was offered, then no overpay.

There are multiple recent sales on the crones. Range should be 40-55.

40 may seem like an outlier, but it's hard to sell halloween hats for pure and that should be reflected in its value. Range should be 40-55.

So now your sales will be 35, 45, and 46. I think 45-46 sounds perfect.
