Your #1 link showed a 2.2 buds seller that has been up for 6 days. Not a quicksale price with it being up for that amount of time and still not sold.

Your high end of 3.5 buds came from a b/o of a seller that is willing to take 3 buds. The realistic b/o of that hat is 3 buds since he was willing to take that amount as stated in the comments. Hence you have no evidence of the high end.

In addition to that, this hat doesn't satisfy the criteria of pricing based on one sale. There are more sales that occured in the past 2 months that are valid.
