Seems to be a lot of 13 key sellers, lots of good info but.... The range shouldn't be 12-13. The ppl selling it for 12 are trying to quicksell it. 12.6-13 maybe?

Obviously suggestions lower the price/raise the price of items.Manipulation is when lets say i have something worth 2buds and i make a suggestion to raise it to 4,without any proof ;)

No, I just compare it with protectionism JUST because this is a non-market instrument (change the price by this way with the influence on the customers behaviour). The only one "real" way of voting is the "voting" by dollar :) Like on the steam marketplace.
