I've got it myself and I wanted to sell it and I was looking at the prices and there's no way you're gonna sell it for a key, because most of the people are selling them for 13 ref, If you might think i'm a quicksell buyer why would I price off a item i've got myself, I think it's just better for backpack.tf that the prices are up to date, and it seems that this is a good suggestion since people are selling them for lower.

Any proof supporting this statement? Your wall of text doesn't mean a thing unless there's some blue links in there.
