With a new perspective of the sale thanks to Heliix, it's safe to say that below 16 it isn't such a common trade point anymore(mainly because both pure sales sold fast and the stash is invalid, also cause keys were added to the beams rack which I wasn't aware of)

If you click at the top bar of the outpost trade, you can see the date where it was last bumped(or closed).

But he did he post an outpost trade only few hours after QRU put his up? You can't tell which of the three hats in http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24465184 sold first.

Not many people with 14 buds like to spent those buds, and for something worth that much to sell for pure in 5 days is sorta a quicksell, although I see now how it wouldn't seem like one.
