http://gyazo.com/8fdebb4190ab7cec8bf6a0d63e0c2546 - Sold for 1.66 pure
Proof that it's craftable: http://imgur.com/KCVGg4N
That should do it.
I just bought one for 1.22 refined the other day.

It does look like the price needs to be raised, but you don"t have enough proof
Check the market.
small market.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24932837 Three days old seller at 1.22 refined
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24924082 Seller at 1.66 refined unsold for 3 days
I got bombarded and disliked for saying that... beware
No, you got disliked for saying not enough proof.
That 1.66 seller seems to have sold, has more in stock.
Would 1.66 be the most common trading point? Surely there must've been more trades completed during the time before this suggestion. Could this item be priced with just one sold, when there's an unsold at 1.22?
I strongly feel that a range is needed
Going conservative with a 1.22-1.66 refined range is better
If there's an unsold at 1.22 refined and a sale at 1.66, going with a range would be more appropriate
