Thanks for the feedback on my previous suggestion, fixed all of that in this one!
Sold my own + 1 key + frying pan (he wanted a random weapon O_o) for a circling peace sign Private Eye :
Price of private eye = 1.7 buds https://backpack.tf/stats/Unusual/Private%20Eye/Tradable/Craftable/18
21.25 keys = 1.7 buds
21.25 keys + 1 key = 22.25 keys
Any additional proof would be appreciated!
fix the links
ouch the range
there are 16 of these
cannot only base on one sale
Need to apply overpay, and please round off the price.
I was told in my previous suggestion that as I offered on his private eye I don't need to apply overpay, which one should I use O_e
Oh, well then no overpay is needed.
But still, try to find 1 more sale and round to one decimal.
you mean round to no decimals. with the exception of unusuals that have ranges of like 8.5-10 or something where the price is so low that half a key is quite a big deal, basically nothing needs that level of precision and it would actually be misleading to have it.
No, it should be rounded to 1.8 with one decimal.
This is a lower tier hat, a change of 0.2 is relatively much.
you realise the price he's put up and the pricing i'm referring to is in keys right?
There have been multiple recent sales:

A single sale won't suffice here. Please have a look at our guidelines: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/6033-new-unusual-price-suggestion-guide-the-cheat-sheet/
