Other notes:

Current owner offer: Bucky got offered $235 USD http://i.imgur.com/2jJ5D20.png (trade says value was ~9 at the time but with no time stamp I'll use current value which puts it at ~8.3)

Looked into this trade http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23972198 as much as I could and couldn't find any concrete evidence of what it was traded for.

Went with 8.5 because it's the only concrete trade I've found that isn't an outlier. Unless I should include sale #1 in the price then let me know!
