first link is still 1.4 though... it doesn't matter if its young because its still lower than the current price, second one might have been sold or is up on the community market, either way it's still lower than 1.5 keys and i don't see how is that a problem.
Yes it matters because generally if it sells under a day, it's considered a quicksale.
