People stated you can't refresh if it's not an unusual hat/misc/taunt. Not sure if that applies here.
Hmm, it's not a refresh tho. I'm removing the range and making it 20 flat.
Range adjustment has happened before, and a flat 20 is a different indicator of value than 18-22. Again, unsure, but logic would say that this is fine.
Maybe because in the middle of 18-22 is 20.
Just a theory.
Technically it is a refresh, shows a refresh symbol in your suggestion in the picture of the concheror.
But again, not sure if it applies here.

Disliking my comment does nothing, and you have to prove 18 is quicksell

2) There are 0 available at 18, check for yourself if you don't believe me.
If you are going to do this suggestion, I think you should have sales at 20. Otherwise, I don't really see the point. Everything you show here is already in the current range. And the fact that the current range shows 18-22 implies that one of the 20 key sellers would probably take 18 keys pure if it were offered to them. This is further supported by the seller for a month at 20 keys.
