Only sale in the past 3 months I believe.
Sale:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23490147 Sold for 3 Buds + 2 Keys
Sellers backpack before: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561197970631256?time=1418976000
Sellers backpack after: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561197970631256?time=1419062400
Buds were 14.5 Keys at that time.
2 / 14.5 = 0.1
Total = 3.1 Buds
----------------------------------------------
Roudning to 3 Buds flat.
Any feedback is appreciated!
Concidering that the previous price was 3.1 and you found a sale for 3.1, rounding down to 3 seems a bit unfair, don't you think?
It's such a small difference, generally rounding down 0.1 Buds is okay.
Is it? I never knew. I thought it applied only to God-tier unusuals.
Well, if it's over 0.1 Buds then no, you should not do it to hats under 5 Buds.
If you get a hat with a range of 8.8-9.5 then I'd say rounding to 9-9.5 would be okay.
It depends on the tier and all, just do what you think is reasonable really.
I know it's not a big deal, but if you would make it 3.1 the price would just stay the same.
I know, 3 is just much nicer in my opinion.
Yes it is, but when u set a price for 3.1 it fairly looks like its a stable price, but if you round down to 3 it shows like the price is going down. It's a matter of fairness for me.
Pure sale should be reported and used as it is. Rounding off a pure sale wouldn't make any sense
Hmpf, do you want me to resuggest for that small difference?
Would appreciate it if you could. If this is an unusual trade, then i wouldn't mind rounding off as there are bound to be a small difference in the estimation of the unusuals. One example is your smoking greased lightning suggestion. http://backpack.tf/vote/details/54d60eb7b98d88d46b8b47c0
However, there will be no such uncertainty in a pure trade and so rounding shouldn't really be done.
Everything for you, my dear.
