Regarding sale #2, you need to calculate its value by looking at recent steam market sales, averaging them, and dividing everything by 2.2 (price of keys). Then, convert that to buds.

Going by 2 recent sales, it's priced roughly at around 4.4 buds. The sale might be an outler.

Well the S kritzkrieg is priced at around 31 keys, and the KS part has people asking 7 keys. No matter what sales occured the maximum value is considered to be the lowest b/o. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24903594 Here one was offered a cloudy moon handyman's handle (2.5 buds) and the owner shows willingness to accept. Either way the gonz range can't go above 3.2 buds.

You can't really just add the value of the kit to the value of the strange. Kits are always more valuable than stranges that already have the killstreak applied. So your sale value is probably a bit high. But it's close enough for a conservative drop.
