A significant amount of sweets involving a few prof killstreak items were added on top of the cloudy moon panama for this hat as shown here http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198063640894?time=1419321600
Sort by time on the backpack and the sweets were from the Cleaner's Carbine Strangifier on the second row to The Bearded Bombardier on the 4th row.
Your low end is quite a bit lower than what it should be with all those sweets that you missed which would add up to at least more than a bud. I have given you sufficient time to close and resuggest this yourself. I guess i'll close it for you for now. Please resuggest when you have the chance to since you have done most of the work here.
