Market is very small (1 page on OP).

Almost all the bluts on the market have KS,Spec KS or Prof KS.

Very hard to find plain one, i found this sale -

There is only 1 more seller on OP without KS which is stating it's level 1 and he got it himself, obviously he wants more for that since it's extremly clean - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24984978
