Boy I wish I could have bought one of these when they were 1 to 1.33 ref...
Classifieds (As of 3:15 PM EST):
2 at 6 ref, no other clean ones below 10 ref. (On another computer than normal so I can't take a screenshot)
A little over a page on Outpost, none are selling for less than 5 ref, and only 4 are clean.
Recent sales:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24877894 5 ref
Notable offers:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24983795 Wants 5 ref, offered 4 ref in items within an hour.
Unsuccessful buyers at 4 ref:

As 5 ref sells the most, and it is pretty much impossible to get it for less, 5 ref should suffice.

Classifieds aren't valid counterproof
Profit buyers show 4 shouldn't be in the range, so 5 is fine
Quickbuyers aren't valid proof
tl;dr dislike
You stated downvote in the most assholish way possible.
His proof is fine.
The 4 ref buyer showed up while I was making the suggestion, so it was true at the time AKA 3:15, to clarify. Techies just pretty much said everything I was going to say :P Anyways, as Techies stated, quickbuyers can't be used for proof, I just used them as support proof, thought quickflip buyers arn't any different than normal buyers in terms of using them. Was going to post earlier but the Mac I was using broke. (Also, in your comment, *downvote, my OCD can't handle it :P)
