Well, people are price manipulating on unpriced unusuals for profit.
Bicorne is considered a high tier hat - and Frosbite being a high tier effect.
Frostbite Coupe d'Isaster -> 3,4 Buds
Frostbite Elf -> 3,7 Buds.
Not sure why in this case, the Frostbite Bicorne is 3Buds, does frostbite lose to memory leak effect?
it seems you don't have much knowledge on prices here. Mem leak is obviously inflated from 2.5 buds almost 2 yrs ago.
