Dont be lazy and just link the old one, actually copy paste it here and edit it properly please.
There are black belts who do the same exact thing.
And there have been a number who have complained about it. It's always better to have the proof in your suggestion rather than having to go through a closed suggestion with it instead.
He can properly format his suggestion rather than being lazy.

Thank you, many voters have had issues about it and Mods have said something to suggestors about it before.
Simply easier to have the proof in the proper suggestion and better etiquette for suggesting as well.

He's still showing us where to go to find his proof. I honestly don't see a problem with it.
That and I know Mods have said something about it before and that they would just close suggestions or something like that. Just can't find Polar's comment about it, think it was a status update on the forums.
It was when Gent and others were complaining about d0 and Julia doing it a lot.
I was one of those complaining about Giang, not Julia, doing it
And it was Mr Bucket that had a strong opinion against these suggestions
Ah right, Giang, knew it was someone who suggests a lot and a Mod saying something about it.
There were quite a few complaining about the matter though, and thought myself it was rather lazy and unprofessional to do in terms of suggesting.
