Sorry for not having much proof, but this is the only proof i was able to find.

The death at dusk Nunhood is untradeable, but it's not his unbox.

Because it's from the market. This was his backpack from Feb 4.

Let's have a look at Feb 5:

The Nunhood is tradeable.

You need to wait a week (7 days for those who don't know) until an item becomes tradeable.

5th Feb - 7 Days = 29th Jan

The sale for 50€/60$, which is around 2 buds (buds were 13 keys).

Also, the guy who was selling the hat on the market is not a noob, he has several unusuals;

The hat became tradable between the 4th and the 5th. I think this is the sale at 350€ and not the one at 2 buds

thats surelly an alright price for this hat exept not. 10/10 would buy it in 1 second on the steam market for this price

it isnt the same as paypal, for one paypal doesnt have gabe tax, also 2 buds is a quicksell. this effect isnt below planets and aces.

You can't use the community as proof, I'd pay 5 times this for this hat.
