This economy is becoming unstable due to these price surges, the Refined value needs to go back to its original 25 cents price

"original"?

"unstable"... Face it, ref is dying do to an increasing supply. Refined metal has almost no use now besides being a currency. If valve did more bread box-like promos, ref might actually become more valuable. But for now, no.

You need to go back to reading the rules.

You need to prove to us that 25 cents is reasonable, and that it sells.
