I have put off making suggestions for so long. I do own one of these, but I am a Strange collector.

Isn't the one at 2.2 invalid? It has a "Kills" part on it.
I actually asked Kitteh 'bout that. I thought it was, but I had to trust his Green Belt status. Ask him, I guess.
Can't use items with parts, price you're suggesting at would be wrong.
I would go for 2.3 flat or find a clean one at 2.2
Seriously, at least my first suggestion wasn't a complete screw up.
It looks like it'll be wrong regardless because the buyer found a vendor selling for less, thus invalidating the low end.
Not necessarily, if it's being sold at backpack price or lower, that means the part is free. Kinda like when people sell painted items for less.
He hasn't stated the part is free tho :s
I guess whatever mod sees the suggestion will have to decide.

While he hasn't explicitly said the part is free, it's (kind of) implied since the backpack price is at 2.2 keys and he wants 2.2 keys.
If the part wasn't free, he'd be asking for more.

I meant that the buyer already owned that hat before, I was just pointing it out
