Just for additional information, the first sale is not an outlier. You seem to have gotten the evidence mixed up.

This is the real trade I did: http://puu.sh/fZeuD.png rack for 75 keys and a pro rainblower kit (This was traded separately because I realized I had to remove it from the steam market and could not be bothered to put all the keys in again. So we agreed that I would just give him the keys first)

So it in fact fits quite cozily into the new suggested price.
