Alright did a bit more digging and in this mans history, it shows 1 bud, then the next day he has the unusual meaning he probably bought it for 1 bud

just as it is, the fee doesnt affect the buyer, it only affects the seller. correct me if im wrong cuz i dont usually use scm :)

Ok, not the best calculation but 24~30 should be around a bud as bp price says $25, but on scm some solds are at $30

10.2 + 10.2 = 20.4 keys rounding to 20, the hetmans is currently priced at ~17 keys

So, how can I use this? price the toque at 10 keys?

you dont round it when you havent got the final price. at least that's what i learned in maths
