Why not 5.5-6.6?
It's closer to each other

The 4 bud is an outlier.
4 buds was outlier when i didnt used 4.2 sale.
Mining - Outdated, Goes for 3 on Outpost.
Australium Rocket Launcher was Pro Ks, and had Damage dealt, Airborne Enamies Killed and Dominations.
This one suggestion may be closed.
2 sales at ~4,2 sales at 5.5.Why i cant use 6.6(which is more in your eyes as outlier)
Lucky shot sells for ~11-12 (This suggestion is even more wrong)
The hellfire lucky shot had a offer on cloudy moon tyrants helm, which is ~11.5 so this little suggestion needs way more price suggests before.
Mining price.

Perhaps tighten to 4.2-5.5?

No you should resuggest cuz the 6.6 is an obvious outlier and the range should be 4-5.5 . Also a 2.8 bud range on such a low hat is ridiculous and way too wide. Aussie rl + blizz mining are also about 7.5 -8 buds and not 6.6 ,tahts why its an obvious outlier
Um,aussie and mining need a overpay,that would be more then 6.6,prob 6.8
anyway i dont count it as outlier because this hat already got some offers more than 6
And i have been offered it for 5 in unusuals a day ago.It doesnt matters what offers it got 1 month ago its 1 of 2 now and it wont get teh same offers. Even if you count the mining as 2 buds its 7 buds after overpay and the mining is going normally for 2.5 3 . And if you have one very high sale ( 2 buds difference , from the otehr high sells , it is an outlier )
Then update mining and i will resuggest.For now i like to stay with my suggestion,Because Glasgow got some offers more than 5 and 6 at my own.
you have to make a mini for mining if the price isnt right jsut so you know , this is your suggestion not mine. And i doubd you will ever find a sale at the current price. I dont have to update anything , this is your suggestion not mine and i am jsut clarifying the wrong pricing of a sale here
