Ooh actually, I just checked the backpacks of the users involved on sale #3, and it looks like the actual sale wasn't solely for a Bubbling Ushanka. Looks as if there was a White painted Bill's Hat and 3 Keys added in with the Ushanka for the SnS, and that was back when bills were 4-5 keys.
That sale needs to be updated and that information needs to be added in:

That's going to add about 7-8 keys of value onto that third sale, bringing it closer to 23 keys worth of trade. The 2.4 Bud sale may not actually be an outlier, but the 14 key sale may be.
I'd probably recalculate this sale and double check the range.

Check again. You can clearly see where the buyer also lost a bill's and 3 keys. If you check the seller's backpack, there's also a mysterious 8 keys at the top of his page on the same day that the sale was made. My guess was he turned around and immediately sold the Bills for cheap.

show the history of said keys. just saying it means nothing. if you cant prove with histories then you cant say that

Didn't bother with the other two. If I'm gonna do the work, I'll just resuggest the price myself with a fixed range.
Point is, sale 3 is definitely not a 15 key sale, putting the range higher than you think it is, nullifying your outlier, and possibly making sale 1 an outlier instead. You've got about 7.5 keys unaccounted for. =/
well it would be 21 so 1.8, so yeah i guess you could call the 1.2 an outlier, either way i will i resuggest but if you cant prove what was added dont say it.
