A buying trade can be used just the same as a sale. Both prove people are willing to pay this price.

No, this won't work. You need at least a single sale for this type of thing, if I go and make a trade saying I'm buying an unusual without a price that doesn't mean whatever I'm buying makes it that price.
Especially if there are none of this unusual for sale.

Buyers can be used to raise a price just like sellers can be used to lower a price. However, when it comes to setting a price, both are equally useless.
This honestly feels like a manipulation, you want people to see an "official" price on bp.tf so you're more likely to buy one.
Downvote until you show some actual sales.
