For the first sale you don't calculate overpay on the 8 keys since it's pure. It would be:

3.95 x 0.9 = 3.555 + 0.6 = 4.155 = ~4.2 (but it doesn't really matter since you rounded to the whole integer although you should have used a decimal, but it's not worth the resuggest).

The second sale is fine but it's the same thing with the decimal (6.075 = ~6.1)

Electrostatic is unpriced and needs a mini which you provided but here's the kicker:

It wasn't a 1:1 trade. The Electrostatic Phantom was sold along with a Professional Killstreak Bazaar Bargain fabricator.

But it doesn't matter since it would only add 7 ref to maybe a key to the sale, and it would still fall under the range. :)
