A few reasons why the range is wide

There's another sale which it sold for an Ooze HKC which is unpriced

Third sale says it declined the offer yet sold for it

Second sale couldn't find a mini for the GBH Tc

Another sale involved this being sold for a Scorching Prussian + 10 buds (the one which I'm gonna use to update the Prussian)

Pretty sure you are missing somewhere between 5 and 7 pure in your sale #1, as a bmoc and a boatload of keys were added. But should still be in the suggested range.
