maybe 5.4 is too high? 3-4 sounds like it would fit better, especially with the 4.3 b/o.

5.3 seems like an outlier, I'd say a range of 3 - 4 is better,

You might be right, since three sales occur around 4.

Not so sure. You have an extreme low end and an extreme high end, one at 1.7 and one at 5.3. Both of those are obvious outliers, but the remaining 3 sales are all within a bud of each other. 3-4 should be the desired range set on this one.

I might resuggest this as 3 - 4 then.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the range can't be higher than the buyout, right? It is in this case.
