about damn time this gets priced
Looks good to me. Upvote!
I understand the low and high sales being outliers, but why are we ignoring the sale for 3?
Because he sold it to a quickbuyer
I don't think that matters much, considering it falls in range with the other sales. Why should it be cut, simply because someone agreed to a lower price? It still establishes a range. >.>
1.7, now THAT'S a lowball. That's why it should be cut. Not so sure on the 3 sale.
If hes buying quicksells then should a sale to him to be a quicksell?
Should a quicksale be discredited as an actual sale if it falls within the range, just because someone calls it a "quicksale"?
EDIT: Well damn, I thought that sale was for 3 pure buds. No, it was for a Max's. That's 3.3, not 3 pure. The range should DEFINITELY include this sale, and it should be set at 3.3-4. There's no doubt about it at this point.
there aren't any other regular sales for 3 so how does 3 fall into the range of 4?
There isn't even a bud difference from the 3.3 SALE and the 4 sale. It's still in the same range, close enough that it shouldn't be ignored.
his b/o was 3 and can't be valued higher than that therefore there is a bud difference
That means nothing. He was paid 3.3. Buyouts only nullify prices when they are active buyouts.
The first sale is a non-usable sale. It's too complex to even consider. Sales are at 3, 4, 4, 5. Taking 3 and 5 as outliers shouldn't be an issue here.
I LOVE YOU. I needed this for a mini :D
