That guy Bought a Tyrolean for His Stormy Storm Scotch Bonnet and a Dead Presidents Bone Dome.

Bone dome is 11.4 Keys and Bonnet is 1.1 Buds so The bone dome is 175 ref and Stormy Storm is 207 Ref so 175+207 = 382/15.33(Key Price) is 25 Keys.

If tyro wasn't offered on this hats you need to apply 10% overpay iirc. (11.4+ 13.5(avg of 12 and 15?)=24.9 - 10% = 22.4 or 1.8 buds if we count bud as 12 keys)
