The fact that there are only 2 pages doesn't matter; the number of 1.22 sellers greatly outweighs your single 1 ref seller.

Not to mention that their all unsold...

Quickbuyers at 1.11 are counter-proof, not additional proof.

Last time I checked 1.11 is between 1 - 1.22 :P

2. Since you're lowering the range, an abundance of buyers at your low end does not support your suggestion.

Any tips to make a suggestion like this better?

People buy it at slightly below 1.22 so that they can scrap it and make a scrap or two as profit. Hardly anyone actually sells it below that price and if they do it is bought immediately.

You can't lower a craft hat (any hat usable in crafting) to 1, or have 1 in the range, because quickbuyers buy any hat for 1.

You counterproofed yourself with buyers as well
