yes
A bit of advice since this is your first suggestion. You should check bp histories to see if sweets were added. It's easy to miss sweets in outpost trades.
For example, in your trade #1, you say it was 1:1 with a PE handle, but 3 keys were added. You can check by going to the sellers bp and searching on that date. The handle sold on Feb 8. So looking at his bp on Feb 8 and sorting by time, you can see the 3 keys - http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198029636581?time=1423382400. The second thing to know is that if the sale wasn't pure, the person offering (PE handle was offered) is expected to overpay by 10%. So to calculate sale values, you need to do 1.58 * 0.9 = ~1.4. Add the 3 keys and the sale value is ~1.65 for sale #1.
Similarly, you are missing ~3 keys in items on sale #2 - http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198029636581?time=1423296000. It was OF drill + ~3 keys for the fetti shako. This time the drill was offered, so no overpay needs to be applied. The sale value is ~1.2
I have included a few more sales below:
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198075462658 - hearts buckaroos + 2.5 keys in items ~1.7 after overpay
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25182839 - looks like it did sell for 15 keys pure ~1.25 (relisted a few times)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25107105 - 1.3
It looks like the range should have been 1.2-1.7. But I think this is close enough.
