But I can't identify

1.2 seems better for now , 1.2 doesn't seems like an outlier since kill a watt is 1.3 (and basically is the same effect)

If the guy was asking for 1 bud, why would the price be 1.2 buds? I'd leave it at 1 bud flat or less imo
