Still, that 3 refined sold is keeping me from upvoting as I believe it isn't an outlier. Staying neutral.

Not sure if this counts since it's my own trade, but I'm buying for 3 ref. There's also 2 buyers at 2 ref, which at least shows that 2 ref is too low of a price.

If you're buying it at a lower price than you're suggesting, that makes you a hypocrite. Also, yes, it still does count. I recently passed a suggestion using one trade, my own.
