Overpay should be applied to the Ballcap sale since the CK sold for a hat, not pure. Just so happens the sale you have for the Ballcap mini was pure.

If we make a suggestion for a hat with entirely pure sales does that mean we should never apply overpay to any future sales involving that hat? No, it makes no sense because whatever is being priced with that hat sale sold for a hat and not for pure. I'd also provide some links to my own suggestions where I apply overpay to a pure mini but I don't remember what they were for. I don't remember a lot of my work on this site...
