So if we math. The Topi is 1.15 buds so that would mean to make up the remainder is 1.93 buds. But applying overpay (for the just the dragon) is 1.93x0.9 = 1.74 buds (rounded off)

Reason for price: 1.58 buds is the first sale (19 keys = 1.58 buds) rounded to 1.6. Then 1.74 buds for the 2nd sale.
