Rifleman (9.6 - 11.3 buds) * 0.9 (standard overpay) = 8.64 - 10.17 buds

Then should I just average 8.64 and 10.17? That would make it flat

Take the mid value of the rifleman (in this case, 10.45) and then * 0.9, then round it to 1 decimal place.

It's on the market again so I guess just wait for another sale, then you can make a range.
